My next suggestion would be to try and connect an external display to the computer and determine if the screen shakes on the external display. If it shakes on the external display the graphics card has a problem.

Try a change of the resolution settings for the monitor and see what happens.Remove and reseat the video card and observe results.Make sure the cable from the computer to the monitor is secure both ends.
